Sessions are scheduled upon payment of fees in advance. Details on available slots are provided after initial inquiry.

3.3 Refunds and Changes

Refund requests for services must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. If you notify us at least 3 days before the session, you may reschedule once at no extra charge. No refunds or rescheduling are available within 3 days of the session start due to preparatory commitments.

4. Digital Products

4.1 Description

We provide digital materials such as e-books, tutorial videos, and templates focused on Governance drills and KPI cadence.

4.2 License and Use

Digital materials are licensed for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

4.3 Refunds

To ensure fairness, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the digital files have not been downloaded. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, no refunds are possible due to the nature of digital delivery.
